Petit Peony was founded in 2014 by Kate Bowen and is my new go-to for whimsy, quintessential New England clothing. As a mother of four, Bowen draws inspiration from her children and their experiences as a family. Styles range from birthday parties to coastal lobster bakes to the 4th of July. Her patriotic apparel, featuring seersucker patterns and nautical prints, are reliably vibrant and cheerful.Petit Peony has grown so fast and can be found in over 80 boutiques across the country. They recently did a back-to-school collaboration with Dudley Stephens which I loved. Portions of the proceeds were donated to The Peach Project.
Petit Peony is dedicated to designing unique classic clothing in a sustainable and ethical way. The whimsical prints, soft floral designs and easy to wear styles speak directly to the children while appealing to their parents with a simple put together style. Petit Peony uses the highest quality fabrics that translate into a tailored look and allows for children to be free to run and play while looking adorable.
Ava and Gianna love their new outfits. Peter Pan sweatshirts in grey and coordinating cozy leggings. No complaints, they were both comfy, looked cute, and felt so pretty. This was our first experience with this clothing brand and my daughters and I highly recommend shopping Petit Peony this holiday season!
