Rice Shake Easter Egg Decorating

March 26, 2020 By Megan Leave a Comment

First start by putting about 1/2 cup of rice into each sandwich size zip lock bag. Then put about 8-10 big drops of food coloring in and mix with a spoon.

Put a white boiled egg in, seal the bag tight, and have the kids shake it up until they love the color of it! If it isn’t vibrant enough, you need to add more food coloring.

Easy clean up too. Once the ziploc bags of rice are dry, pour it into a one large tub to make a sensory bin for the kids.

Materials

  • Sandwich size ziploc bags
  • Rice (about 1 bag)
  • Food coloring
  • Spoons
  • Hard boiled white eggs
